This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15932 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16786 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court monthly once i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, quite apart from the Court hearing dates..
