ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31831 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 that the petitioners are directed to report before the Tiruvannamalai town police station everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30812 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and as far as the second and the third petitioners are concerned they shall report report before the respondent police as and when required.
