The present Application has been filed to grant extension of the Succession Certificate with power to collect the Debts, receive interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer in respect of the debts morefully described and in the Schedule to the accompanying this Judges Summons.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3624 of 2025 in O.P.No.372 of 2003 is ordered as prayed for.
