J U D G M E N T

Today, when this Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant Mr.Mohanraju [Enrol. No.1048 of 2020] appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing and made submission as the dispute having by the appellant and the respondents was settled in out of Court. Further, he seeks permission for withdrawing this appeal.

2. Hence, in view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal is dismissed, as the matter is settled out of Court. However, there is no order as to costs.
