PRAYER in all Crl.O.Ps : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 1st respondent to hold an enquiry and further investigation under the head of IPS Officer in Crime No.998, 1050, and 996 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and take appropriate action against the erring Investigating Officer of the 2nd respondent police.
