This Criminal appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment dated 26.04.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Thirupathur, Vellore District in S.C.No.357 of 2007 and to convict the accused/ respondents 2 to 5 and sentence them for an offence under Section 302 IPC.

2. It appears that the sole Appellant died on 03.02.2025 and the same has been recorded, vide order dated 17.06.2025. Court notice served on the appellant's son. However, steps have not been taken by the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant to proceed with the appeal. 2/4

Today, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
