This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.37 of 2015 on a complaint given by one Abimannan. On the complaint of this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.98 of 2015. The respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry in C.S.R.No.98 of 2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
