This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.20011 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, monthly twice, ie., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, without fail, until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
