The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.85 of 2014 from the file of the first respondent to any other investigation agency, such as CBCID or other such investigation agency.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the necessary enquiry would be completed in Crime No.85 of 2014 by the first respondent within a period of two months and the final report will also be filed on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
