O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been preferred by the petitioners/landlords for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2019 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Gudiyatham. 1/4

2. The petitioners are the defendants before the trial Court. During the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the first petitioner died. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is taking steps to bring the legal heirs on record.

3. Be that as it may. The present revision is not dealing with the merits of the case, but, it is only for a direction to dispose of the suit pending on the file of the trial Court. The second respondent is alive. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2019 pending on its file within a period of four (4) months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Court. In the meanwhile, as undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff, the legal heirs of the first petitioner shall be impleaded and they shall co-operate for early disposal of the suit. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
