Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 27.06.2022, the appellant has filed a memo seeking orders to convert the above Second Appeal as Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal and to refund the excess Court fee, if any paid by the appellant.

2. The respondent has no objection for the above Second Appeal being converted as the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal. The memo is taken on file and the Registry is directed to convert the above Second Appeal as Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal and the excess Court fee, if any paid shall be refunded to the appellant.

The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to furnish necessary copies to the Registry.
