ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the 2nd Respondent or anyone attached to the 2nd Respondent Police Station not to harass the petitioner by compelling him to appear before the Respondent Police Station or before the 1st Respondent without due process of law.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
