The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2014 and 15.04.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had died and details of his legal heirs could not be ascertained.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
