Respondent Prayer: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Sections 438 r/w 442 of BNSS, 2023, to set aside the impugned order dated 09.12.2025 made in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.698 of 2025 in C.C.No.10 of 2023, on the file of Special Judge Under TNPID Act at Chennai, in so far as relating to imposition of onerous condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000 before the said court towards the value of the vehicle to return the original Registration Certificate, as illegal, arbitrary, untenable, excessively onerous.
