Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider representation dated 22.03.2014 to take appropriate action and enquire that the Sugar Cane grown in petitioner's land at Enathimangalam Village in Survey No.35/7-B, 35/8-C, 40/3 is duly registered with the M/s.Chengalvarayan Co-operative Sugar Mills (CCSM) and also to ensure that the petitioner is provided with the required trip sheet for transport of Sugar Cane in his truck bearing No.TN.32 E 8856 having pass No.71022 in an routine process without any favour to anybody whatsoever and also to take appropriate disciplinary action against the erred third respondent. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2014 and take appropriate action and enquire that the Sugar Cane grown in the petitioner's land at Enathimangalam Village in Survey No.35/7-B, 35/8-C, 40/3 is duly registered with the M/s.Chengalvarayan Co-operative Sugar Mills (CCSM) and also to ensure that the petitioner is provided with the required trip sheet for transport of Sugar Cane in his truck bearing No.TN.32 E 8856 having pass No.71022 in an routine process without any favour to anybody whatsoever and also to take appropriate disciplinary action against the third respondent.
3.In the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, certain allegations have been made against the third respondent. Since, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage, this Court is not inclined to go into the allegations made against the third respondent. This Court opines that it would suffice to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2014 after hearing the petitioner and the third respondent and pass orders on the same as expeditiously as possible.
4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
