This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate and register the complaint dated 02.03.2015 made by the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner is under enquiry and the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent is directed to conduct a enquiry as expeditiously in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
