2. Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 25.04.2019, a status report has been filed with regard to the functioning of the petitioner trust. As per the status report, the respondent has acknowledged that the petitioner trust is running properly.
