This petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein as proposed petitioners in the writ petition in view of the fact that the original petitioner T.Ganesan died during the pendency of the writ petition and the present petitioners are his legal heirs.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the writ petition on 24.02.2021.
