J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that the cause aroused for filing of the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal became vanished and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, C.M.A.No.1635 of 2016 stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions also stand dismissed.
