J U D G M E N T

On 18.12.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready. Hence, directed the Registry to post the matter on 10.01.2019, as a last chance. Again on 10.01.2019, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready. Hence, this Court has made a clear observation that no further adjournment will be given and directed the Registry to post the matter on 24.01.2019.

2. Today i.e.,24.01.2019, when the case is taken up, again the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready. The appellant is not having interest in prosecuting this Appeal.
