This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 477 days in paying the deficit court fee.

On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeal and post it for admission on 04.08.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 28.07.2025, this petition stands allowed.
