This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2011 and to pass orders thereon on merits, within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Without going into the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2011 on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
