Respondents Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 26.11.2014 made in W.P.No. 30880 of 2014 praying to quashing the G.O.Ms. No.103 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME1) Department dt 22.8.2014 passed by the 1st respondent in so far as it placed the petitioners below the respondents 3 to 9 and consequently direct the 1st respondent revise the seniority of the Municipal Commissioner Grade II.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to move the Registry for expeditious listing of the case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:- " The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the W.A. with liberty to move the registry for early disposal of W.Ps." 2.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as 'withdrawn' with liberty to the appellant to move the registry for expeditious listing of the writ petitions, if so advised.
