ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 17.11.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the absolute owners of the property comprised in Survey Nos.147/1 and 148/1 situated at Neelambur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District. He further submitted that the respondents 5 and 6 are unlawfully interfering with and preventing the petitioners from putting up a compound wall around the said property. In this regard, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 17.11.2025 seeking police protection. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that the representation dated 17.11.2025 has not been received by the respondents so far. He further submitted that if the petitioners submit a fresh __________Page 2 of 4

representation, the same will be duly considered after issuing notice to the respondents 5 and 6 and the enquiry will be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such fresh representation. 4.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
