Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8297 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 in Crl.OP.NO.16623 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 by this Hon'ble Court that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. F.WELLINGTON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.8297 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16623 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C subsequently it was altered into 120(B), 302, 201 of IPC in Crime No.1172 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
