The petitioners, who are the accused in Crime No.5 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 498(A) on the file of the All Women Police Station, Pothanur, has filed this quash petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that the 1st respondent Police on completion of investigation in Crime.No.5 of 2016, filed charge sheet before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.33 of 2017. After full fledged trail the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Coimbatore disposed the case in C.C.No.33 of 2017 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
