PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writs of Certiorari, calling for the records of the fourth respondent and sixth respondent in Rc.No.145/A1/2013 and in Ref:TANCEM/ MKG/ MDU.R.O/ESTABLISHMENT/2013 to quash the transfer and relieving orders respectively passed therein dated 11.1.2013 and 21.1.2013. For Petitioner in both WPs : Mr.A.P.Srinivas For Respondents in both WPs : Mr.A.Sivaji C O M M O N O R D E R The present writ petitions have been filed, challenging the order of transfer as well as the relieving order respectively dated 11.1.2013 and 21.1.103.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was allowed to retire from service on 31st May 2014, on attaining the age of superannuation.

3. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions.
