Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 26.12.2019 in Memo No.883/BCDFGISSSV/2019 against the Petitioner's brother Ameer, male aged about 30 years S/o.Alla Bakesh, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.This Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenu viz., Ameer, male aged about 30 years S/o.Alla Bakesh challenging the detention order passed by the Second Respondent in Memo No.883/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 26.12.2019 under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
