PRAYER : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members from anyway throwing upon them from their dwelling house situated in S.No.30/1B, Kandampatti Village, Sooramangalam, Salem District by the 3 to 5 respondents.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2. 3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint/representation before the 2nd respondent police in-person along with all the relevant documents and the 2nd respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. 2/4
