O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner / wife of the detenu / J.R.Selvaraj, aged about 40 years, to cause production of her husband, before this Court.

2. The alleged detenu / J.R.Selvaraj is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The wife and minor daughter of the detenu are also before us.

3. On enquiry, the detenu said that he went to Tirupathi and also filed divorce petition as against his wife and there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4. Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
