ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29345 of 2024 by an order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of P{olice, North Beach Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., other then attending the Court before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate at Pallipattu on the date of hearing. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29345 of 2024 on 25.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 30-01-2025.
