ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) C.M.P.No.5120 of 2026 has been filed to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and C.M.P.No.5124 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of first appellant as further appellants in the appeal.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the sole appellant had died on 19.08.2025.

3. Taking into consideration all facts, these applications stand allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments reflecting the death of sole appellant and bringing on record his legal representatives as further appellants.
