PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023 and direct the 5th respondent to extend necessary co-operation as per the directions given by the NCLT, Bench III, New Delhi in I.A.No.6258 of 2023 in IB 900(ND)/2020 dated 01.12.2023, give protection to the petitioner as and when required. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023 and direct the 5th respondent to extend necessary co-operation as per the directions given by the NCLT, Bench III, New Delhi in I.A.No.6258 of 2023 in IB 900(ND)/2020 dated 01.12.2023, give protection to the petitioner as and when required.

2. Heard Mr.G.J.Baskar Narayan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023 at the earliest.

4. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
