JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated January 12, 2001 made in A.S.No.63 of 1998 on the file of Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated October 20, 1997 made in O.S.No.763 of 1983 on the file of District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.
2.Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 is before the Court. 3.The daily order dated April 8, 2026 which reads thus:- "Mr.K.Thangadurai, representing Mr.T.R.Rajaraman, Counsel on record for the Appellants is before the Court and Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam, Counsel on record for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 is before the Court through Video Conferencing Mode.

2.Mr.K.Thangadurai, representing Counsel for the Appellants submits that the Appellants have taken the entire case papers of the Second Appeal from the Counsel on record on April 4, 2026. Hence, the Counsel on record reports "No Instructions". To that effect, he files a Memo and the Memo is recorded.
3.In view of the submission and in view of the Memo, Registry is directed to print the name of the Appellants in the next listing date. 4.List the matter on April 10, 2026."
