PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the BW (Bailable Warrant) issued by the Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruvannamalai in C.C.No.25 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the BW (Bailable Warrant) issued by the Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruvannamalai in C.C.No.25 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 within a stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that bailable warrant is pending against the 3rd respondent from 29.04.2022. The 2nd respondent has not taken any steps to execute the bailable warrant. Therefore, petitioner filed this petition.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, bailable warrant will be executed soon against the 3rd respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this petition is disposed of, giving direction to 1st and 2nd respondents to execute the bailable warrant against the 3rd respondent, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
