In earlier occasion, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that, there is no instructions from the appellants and also made an endorsement stating that he is withdrawing this appeal. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants. Accordingly the name of the appellants are printed in the cause list. Even then, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants either by person or through counsel. It shows that, the appellants have no interest to proceed with this appeal further. 2.
Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
