Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Report of the peace committee of the respondents which is h eld on 04.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 and 6 to take the car procession out of the church as it is held in the year 2011 and 2012 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the car procession which will be taken on 30.05.2015. ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition calling for the records pertaining to the Report of the peace committee of the respondents which is held on 04.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 and 6 to take the car procession out of the church and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the car procession which will be taken on 30.05.2015.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
