[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Court has granted liberty to the writ appellant to work out their remedy against the 2nd respondent before the Competent Civil Court for damages by producing necessary evidence, which cannot be done in the writ proceedings.
2. In view of the said findings, now the grounds raised on merits in the present review application deserves no merit adjudication. The applicant has not establish any error apparent on record warranting interference.
