This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to divide the 1/3rd share of the properties in Schedule item No.2 and 3 as per the preliminary decree passed in C.S.No.198 of 2004 dated 17.03.2017.

2.Mr.Gopi, Mobile No.9003201616, has been appointed as a Commissioner and his initial remuneration is fixed at Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only).

3.Warrant to be issued to the Commissioner by 17.12.2021.

4.All the three parties are required to share the remuneration equally.

5.Post the matter on 21.01.2022 for the report of the Commissioner.
