2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a revised report dated 03.01.2023.
3. It would be appropriate to quote the relevant lines here extracted from the page No.5 of the revised report which reads as follows:
"It is pertinent to note that since the 5th defendant had died during the pendency of the proceedings and legal heirs were brought on record as defendants 14, 15 & 16. They are entitled to the joint share of the 5th defendant."
4. In view of the above, the property can be divided as per the plan provided by the surveyor.
