2.Since this case is pending on the file of this Court from March 2014, this Court perused the materials available on record thoroughly before passing the following order. 3.On the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.01.2014, enquiry was conducted in V7/CSR/01/2014 and the same has been closed with liberty to the parties to work out their remedy before the Civil Forum.
