This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.17769 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.28976 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly.
