ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. At the same time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the suit O.S. No.186 of 2024 on the file of the District Court, Tiruppur. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present status of the suit is in the trial stage. Since the suit is of the year 2024, this Court is of the considered view that no prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the nature of the suit, this Court directs the District Court, Tiruppur to dispose of O.S. No.186 of 2024 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected CMPs are closed.
