This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.08.2022. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R.No.32 of 2023 and the same was closed on 26.01.2023, since it was a civil dispute. 3.In view of the same, it is left open to the parties to agitate their rights before the Civil Court. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
