O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review applicant was blacklisted for a period of 12 months. Thereafter, an application was filed for refund of security deposit. The writ petition filed by the applicant was ended with an order of direction to consider the representation submitted by the review applicant. Not satisfied with the order, writ appeal was instituted.

2. This Court elaborately considered the issues on merits and passed an order that the rights of the respondents are upheld to forfeit the security deposit. However, an opportunity was afforded to the review applicant to submit his objections and in the event of such submission it is to be considered. That being the scope of the order sought to be reviewed, we do not find any error apparent on record warranting interference.
