Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to mutate the patta in the petitioner's name in respect of property situated in S.No.56/2, New S.No.326/3, Kallapalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District to an extent of 9 cents and 117 q.ft. as per the circular dated 07.08.2015 with reference No.K3/14710/2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has approached the respondents with his representation dated 26.12.2020 seeking mutation of revenue records, in terms of the circular in K3/14710/2015 dated 07.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 1100 a.m., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 12.03.2021 in the office of the District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore, the first respondent. He also added that the request of the petitioner would be considered, if at all it is considered during enquiry only in terms of the circular dated 07.08.2015 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Land Administration. The said statement is recorded.

Inasmuch as the date for enquiry is fixed by the respondents, no direction is required to be given, except that the first respondent / District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore, is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021.
