ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Ms.Sweety appearing for respondents 1 and 2 undertakes to file vakalatnama on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

2. As regards respondents 3 and 4, Mr.Arun C.Mohan for applicant/appellant states that the suit itself has been set ex parte and they have not been appearing.

3. Ms.Sweety states that the Court may, if it feels fit, condone the delay of 57 days, keeping open the rights and contentions of respondents 1 and 2.
