Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.526/2009/H2 dated 24.03.2014 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary against the natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to issue patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of their individual purchased property situated in Plot No.117, 118, 119 in survey No.677/3D

to an extent of each 1,925 sq. ft. and Plot No.191 in survey No.678/2C2 and 679/3A to an extent of 1,925 sq. ft. approved by the Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai vide his Approval No.LP/DT & CP No.277/89, Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in the name of the petitioners immediately.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.526/2009/H2 dated 24.03.2014 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to issue patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of their individual purchased property situated in Plot No.117, 118, 119 in survey No.677/3D to an extent of each 1,925 sq. ft. and Plot No.191 in survey No.678/2C2 and 679/3A to an extent of 1,925 sq. ft. approved by the Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai vide his Approval No.LP/DT & CP No.277/89, Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in the name of the petitioners immediately.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
