Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner/accused report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 pm until further orders by virtue order of this Court dated 10.01.2020 in Crl.OP.33455/2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of S/O.V.RAMANA REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33455 of 2019, dated 10.01.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33455 of 2019, dated 10.01.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
