ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2022 and reminder representation dated 03.01.2023 and survey and fix the boundaries stones for the petitioner's land viz., property land measuring to an total extent of about 2 acre 35 cents bearing Patta Number. 339 comprised in Survey No. 66/2A in Pattuturai Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the he is the owner of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that he had made a representation to the respondents on 07.09.2022 and a reminder representation on 03.01.2023, seeking to measure his land and fix the boundary stones for his subject property, which are pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader fairly submitted that the petitioner has not made an online application seeking for measuring and fixing the boundaries, if the same is made by paying requisite fees, the application 2/4

of the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the petitioner to make online application and pay necessary fees to the concerned authorities. After making of such online application, the Head Surveyor/third respondent shall issue notice and hear the neighbouring owners while conducting survey and fix the boundaries. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of online application.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
